I/ Responsibilities and Duties

• Participate in company's software development projects.
• Outsource web/app development projects for Japan market.
• Company's own product development projects.
• Solution development projects.
• Develop and maintain web services with Ruby on Rails.
• Write clean, simple and maintainable code.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Any other duties as assigned by manager.

II/ Qualifications & Competencies

• Possess English proficiency at working level.
• Graduated from university with a technology-related degree.
• More than 4 years of working experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery..
• In depth understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Good knowledge of relational databases. 
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design. 
• Be proactive at work, be a great team player, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to research, catching up and learning new technology.
