I/ Responsibilities and Duties
- Finance & Accounting
- Advise BOD to make decisions about the company's financial policies and plans. Make short-term and long-term financial plans;
- Examining and supervising the observance of economic and financial policies and accounting regime in the enterprise;
- Prepare financial forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities to achieve financial objectives
- Execute and manage payment, budget & cash flow to save cost and increase productivity
- Making monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and accounting books
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports. (PIT, CIT, VAT…)
- Provide, explain for the inspection and auditing of tax authorities when needed.
- Review, improve accounting and operating procedures with appropriate internal controls and measure
- Ensure that all necessary documents are created, collected, and compiled in accordance with company regulations, tax regulations and stored securely
- Work well with suppliers, authorities, partners and other third parties to ensure strict compliance with accounting regulations, standards and practices
- Other tasks assigned by BOD
2. Administrative office work
- Manage administrative office work: purchasing stationery, office equipment,...
- Set up a plan to regularly carry out tracking and checking company assets and report to BOD
- Advise BOD to improve administrative office work and procedures
- Other tasks assigned by BOD
II/ Qualifications & Competencies
- University graduated, major in Accounting/Finance/Banking…
- Intermediate English or intermediate Japanese
- Have chief accountant certificate
- Good professional capacity.
- Working experience as CA is not required but, at least 03 years of working experience in the General accountant role.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese regulations on tax, accounting, and Social insurance.
- Proficient in accounting software (Fast Accounting,..)
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Working experience in an IT company is a plus.
- Good communication, teamwork and management skills
- Be agile with handling arising situations
- Careful, honest, eager to learn
III/ Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to 22 mil per month
- 100% salary during probation period
- 13th month salary bonus, performance review 2 times/year
