Job Description:
- Human Resource Management work (70%)
Remuneration and Benefits
- Follow, prepare and renew labor contracts and other employee information.
- Collecting and filing with personal documents of all employees
- Prepare monthly timesheet, payroll and monthly social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance calculation.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Monthly declare and claim social insurance for employees.
- Prepare exit procedures and final payment packages for employees who terminate the labor contracts with the Company.
Performance management
- Follow up and support performance management system: Performance management appraisals and KPIs setting
Employee engagement and internal communication
- Proactively support the Company events and team building activities
Recruitment
- Support with recruitment work such as job posting, searching and screening CVs, arrange interviews, follow up after interviews.
- Have and conduct new initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment events,…
- Support with onboarding process: offer letters, personal documents, and other procedures to new employees.
- Support with preparation and filing all internal documents, including company decision, handover minutes, authorization letters, introduction letters.
- Conduct induction for new employees
- Other tasks/projects assigned by the line managers.
2. Administration and Accounting work support (30%)
- Purchasing office equipment, EMS, uniform, name card, office trees, order stationary, facilities on a monthly basis
- Prepare bike parking cards for the new joiners and handover minutes of assets and equipment to employees.
- Monthly support in tracking company assets and cash payment reports regularly as per plan established by the line manager.
- Support with accounting tasks: invoice/receipt collecting, advance payment/payment order preparing.
- Communicating concerns/ problems about equipment and/or related services and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Make advance payment from company and distribution to employees.
- Other tasks/projects assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- University graduated major in Economics, Human resource management….
- Computer literacy: proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and other on-line search engines
- Quick learner and have the ability to do multi-task and a can-do attitude
- Discipline, strong follow up, responsible and attentive to detail
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to communication effectively with different levels in organization
- At least 3 years working experience in HR-Admin work. Candidate with experience in the role HRBP is a plus
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Emotional maturity. Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various demands.
- Willing to support other team members.
