I/ Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide leadership to the software development teams. Lead teams of developers, QAs, PMs, BrSEs and IT communicators. Be focused on and responsible for the team's productivity and impact on the whole team
- Participate in personnel management practices regarding recruitment and selection, adequate staffing, performance appraisals, education and training, and management development.
- Create a culture of innovation to ensure an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment in the department by motivating, challenging, and coaching employees towards growth
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. and give regular feedback.
- Ensure the success of software projects within and across teams by estimation managing, planning, prioritizing, and tracking project progress.
- Provide strategic management direction.
- Lead critical project meetings and conference calls with clients. Actively participate in software architecture meetings and provide oversight for all projects
- Create, maintain and enforce software development standards and procedures of projects
- Appropriate allocation of team resources to meet project requirements and at the same time suitable with team members’ skills and interests and career path.
II/ Qualifications & Competencies
- Graduate from university with technology-related degree.
- English with business level.
- More than 3 years of experience as a relevant position
- Experience of project estimation, budget control, human management and project quality management, risk management
- Software programming languages and business analysis skill are a plus
- Interpersonal skill, able to work independently.
- Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit.
- Passionate about people, process, and technologies and able to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership, urgency, and drive and an unwavering dedication to do the right thing..
