I/ Responsibilities and Duties

• Translate/Interpret Company’s IT projects, specifications, questions & answers and all documents related to the projects into Japanese - Vietnamese or Vietnamese - Japanese documents with additional explanation between the lines of texts. English translations are required in some cases.
• In terms of specifications, IT comtor is required to understand the overall projects, understand the functions and their basic usage so that he/she interprets well in project meetings to ensure transmitting accurate and timely project information to both clients and the Development team.
• In terms of project management, IT comtor is required to understand project progress (the project is at which progress), which tasks are going to be completed; when to complete these tasks and tasks priority.;
• Support Project Manager to manage the project progress and project tasks and team members.;
• Attend and participate in all training sessions required for the projects and for knowledge improvement.
• Others as assigned by the line manager.

II/ Qualifications & Competencies

• University graduate;
• Japanese level N2 and above for all skills, especially good listening and speaking skills;
• Strong command of Japanese business language;
• Basic knowledge of the IT field and having experience in Japanese translation in the IT field is a plus;
• 3 years working experience as an IT communicator;
• Good communication, good teamwork;
• Proactive actions toward issues / tasks / problems in projects;
• Understand Japanese culture;
• Good at Microsoft Office/G Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides...)

III/ Salary & Benefits
