I/ Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide leadership to the software development teams. Lead teams of developers, QAs, PMs, BrSEs and IT communicators. Be focused on and responsible for the team's productivity and impact on the whole team
  • Participate in personnel management practices regarding recruitment and selection, adequate staffing, performance appraisals, education and training, and management development.
  • Create a culture of innovation to ensure an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment in the department by motivating, challenging, and coaching employees towards growth
  • Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. and give regular feedback.
  • Ensure the success of software projects within and across teams by estimation managing, planning, prioritizing, and tracking project progress.
  • Provide strategic management direction.
  • Lead critical project meetings and conference calls with clients. Actively participate in software architecture meetings and provide oversight for all projects
  • Create, maintain and enforce software development standards and procedures of projects
  • Appropriate allocation of team resources to meet project requirements and at the same time suitable with team members’ skills and interests and career path.

II/ Qualifications & Competencies

  • Graduate from university with technology-related degree.
  • English with business level.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a relevant position 
  • Experience of project estimation, budget control, human management and project quality management, risk management 
  • Software programming languages and business analysis skill are a plus
  • Interpersonal skill, able to work independently. 
  • Leadership potentiality, high responsibility, good teamwork spirit. 
  • Passionate about people, process, and technologies and able to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of ownership, urgency, and drive and an unwavering dedication to do the right thing..

  • Ensure the usage of efficient, reusable, and reliable code with limited bugs..
  • Proactively identifies and reduces technical debt as well as minimizes bugs during code work..
  • Identify and actively raise potential problems and risks and propose solutions..
  • Keep the project manager regularly informed regarding progress, challenges, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor other team members.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary and as assigned by the line manager.

  • Possess English proficiency at working level.
  • Graduated from university with a technology-related degree.
  • More than 2 years of working experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery..
  • In depth understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases. 
  • A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design. 
  • Be proactive at work, be a great team player, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to research, catching up and learning new technology.

I/ Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create solution architecture roadmaps; provide guidance in simplifying design architecture.
  • Ensure the adherence of developers to design and build standards; ensure the usage of efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Provide guidance on the adoption of new technologies and adherence to best practice.
  • Quickly and efficiently identify solutions to complex solution code problems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain client webs.
  • Continuously monitor and update web content to include dynamic and interactive functionality, data, features, etc.
  • Keep the project/business owner and/or project manager regularly informed regarding progress, challenges, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources; may allocate resources as necessary.
  • Create, produce, and if necessary review project documentation as deemed necessary or required.
  • Provide high level troubleshooting support as needed to address end user experience problems and functionality errors for the projects participating in and follow up and support projects that team members participate in.
  • Manage other members to ensure the progress and quality of work.

I/ Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with project leader, designer and backend developers to implement product features.
  • Turn UI/UX designs and business requirements into high-quality, well-tested, clean, simple, and maintainable code.
  • Learn and take lead on technical best practices in terms of accessibility, performance, and code standard.
  • Coach and mentor, support other team members.
  • Maintain and improve product quality.

II/ Qualifications & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
  • At least 03 year experience of development in frontend, using ReactJS/VueJS.
  • Experience with testing framework (e.g., Jest, Mocha, testing-library, etc...).
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles, common design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Figma. 
  • Experience with Docker. 
  • Good English conversation.
  • Graduate from university with technology-related degree.

  • Participate in company's software development projects including both outsource web/app development projects for customers and company's own product development projects.
  • Develop and maintain web services with NodeJS.
  • Participate in all stages of software development process including understanding requirements, analyzing, designing and researching new technologies, etc.
  • Work with other team members under coordination of Project Manager and directly contact with Japanese customers.
  • Guide and mentor other team members.

II/ Qualifications & Competencies

  • Graduate from university with technology-related degree.
  • More than 2 years of working experience with NodeJS.
  • In depth understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases.

  • Ability to research, catching up and learning new technology.
